The BioMobile 5800 produces the highest quality ASTM D-6751 B100 biodiesel in a clean, flexible, and efficient way. The process begins with an easy setup that takes between 2–4 hours, resulting in a robust refinery that's ready to go to work. The unit has only two inputs (the feedstock and our catalyst) and two outputs (glycerin and B100), which keeps the production process simple. And our fully automated system features self-adjusting flow that keeps the formulation in balance. If problems ever arise, we'll be able to offer immediate assistance thanks to monitors within the unit that constantly track flow rates, temperatures, and pressures, and send real-time and infrared images back to our technicians.

Quick Setup

Unload and assemble the BioMobile in 2–4 hours using everyday mechanics tools. When setup is complete, production begins.

Simple Operation

Production is made simple with a fully automated system that features self-adjusting flow rates to keep the formulation in balance. A single operator can run the refinery.

Four Simple External Connections

Feedstock and the reactant chemical go in, and B100 and the glycerin co-product come out. Four connections — it's that simple.

Flexible Power Options

An onboard diesel generator handles 100% of the power requirements. And three-phase 240 volt power provides a back-up option.

Top Quality Components

High quality components last longer and require less maintenance — saving you time and money.

Low Maintenance

A basic mechanic can tackle the necessary preventative maintenance every six months. No product is lost during shut-down and start-up.

Logical Design

Components are spread out with plenty of room for access. Pumps feature magnetically coupled drivers that will not leak. Isolation valves come off easy for maintenance. It all makes sense.

Fast Effective, Support

Monitors throughout the refinery track, record, and analyze flow rates, temperatures, and pressures. If problems arise, an onboard camera sends real-time video and infrared images to our technicians.
